灰或者一些色彩艳丽的颜色，因为工艺的原因不支持生产木纹色，哑光带些许磨砂效果的表面纹理，对产品的厚度无太大要求，适合室内。

辊涂（滚涂）：

可以做纯色和木纹色，生产工艺的不同，产品生产的时候不会产生色差。滚涂板表面漆膜的平整度要高于静电粉末喷涂。色泽上分珠

光与哑光，市面上常用为珠光。滚涂最大特色就是颜色的仿真度极高,颜色逼真，持久性强，表面均匀、光滑。滚涂木纹的材料厚度

一般在1.0mm以下。此种工艺比起静电喷涂的价格稍微便宜，属于哑光并且表面平滑。

roller painting：

below 1.0mm. This process is slightly cheaper than electrostatic spraying.

热转印木纹：

俗称木纹转印，意思是指铝方通过炉的时候通过高温加热使得贴纸上的木纹转印附和在已经喷涂好的纯色铝方通上。将喷好底色的铝

方通，手工把木纹纸包裹贴在铝方通上，然后过炉，高温加热大概5-8钟后，木纹已经被转印在铝方通上，出炉待冷却后过水，再撕

木纹纸。这种工艺对铝方通的厚度有一定要求，效果出来为哑光面，效果真实高档。优点：稳定性好，不容易脱落，由于木纹转印具

有抗腐蚀、抗冲击、耐老化、耐磨、防火、在户外使用保持15年不变色等性能。但因热转印时炉温无法精确控制，容易导致产品出现

细微色差,属于正常现象。
