氟碳铝单板是铝单板的一个种类，是采用优质高强度铝合金板材，经过数控折弯等技术成型，其构造主要由面板、加强筋和角码组成。

氟碳铝单板与普通铝单板不同之处是氟碳铝单板采用进口氟碳喷涂处理，氟碳（PVDF ）涂料面漆和清漆的聚偏氟乙烯树脂（KANAR500），

氟碳涂层一般分为三涂两烤、四涂三烤。

铝单板幕墙采用优质高强度铝合金板材，其常用厚度为2.0，2.5，3.0，型号为3003，状态为H24.常规材料最大尺寸为1220mm*2400mm。

其构造主要由面板、加强筋和角码组成。角码可直接由面板折弯、冲压成型，也可在面板的折边上铆装角码成型。加强筋与板面后的

电焊螺钉连接，使之成为一个牢固的整体，极大增强了铝单板幕墙的强度与刚性，保证了长期使用中的平整度及抗震能力。如果需要

隔音保温，可在铝板内侧安装高效的隔音保温材料。

The aluminum cladding is made of high quality and high strength aluminum alloy sheet,common thickness used is 2,2.5,3,

type 3003,and status H24.The maximum size of the conventional material is 1200mm*2400mm.The structure is mainly composed 

of panels,stiffeners and bracket components.

The bracket components can be directly formed from thr psnel through bending and pressing,and can also be formed 

through mounting the brackets on the hems of the panel.The stiffeners are connected to the welding screw on the back 

of the panel,to become a solid whole component,has greatly enhanced the strength and rigidity of the aluminum cladding,

and ensured the smoothness and seismic capacity in the long-term use.If noise and heat insulation is needed,material 

with high effciency of noise and heat insulation can be installed in the inside of the aluminum sheet.
